This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.There is a $15 per person amenity fee that must be paid via a registration link that will be supplied upon booking. This fee grants access to the pool and private beach.

The condo was clean, had everything including pans, plates, and cup. Loved the detail of the basket for the guess. Spectacular view. Whe have been staying at the Sterling sands every summer for the past 4 year. Unit 412 has been the best we have been staying at so far. Thank you the owners, vacasa and the staff at the Sterling Sands.

This location was prime for us! Conveniently located to so many fun things to do and places to eat. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Access to the beach and pool was great! We would come back!

This property was pretty well maintained! Everything was just as pictured. It was clean, crisp, fresh and filled with all the amenities we needed to be comfortable on our family vacation. I will definitely be coming back next year.
