The condo was fully stocked and clean. Very comfortable and also affordable. Check in was a breeze. We were on the 17th floor and we saw the view of the beach as soon as we walked through the front door and it was breathtaking!!!!

Avari response:

Thank you so much for your kind words about your stay with us! We're thrilled to hear that you found the condo clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The view from the 17th floor truly is something special, and we’re glad it took your breath away as soon as you walked in. It’s our goal to make check-in as easy as possible, so we’re happy to know that it was a breeze for you. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay whenever you’re ready to enjoy more of that beautiful beach view!

June 2026

Great location right on the water! But entire home was in bad shape as well as the known construction on the building. The splash pad has not worked in years but still has pictures of it, hot tub was broken due to rain, heated pool was down due to broken tiles. Can’t bring your own chairs or umbrellas and must pay for the ones on site. Mattress was a pullout couch insert that was completely concave. Overall this was the worst stay I have had with air bnb.

April 2026

Really loved the location and the place and the staff, but no where did it mention the place was being remodeled. Also, the bedroom closet door was off the hinges, I told the front desk and they said nothing. Im sure the place will look great when the construction is done, but let new guests know that their remodeling and dust next time.
