Place was great. Had a lot of room for my family. Furniture was a little outdated and worn out but it was still nice. The big issue we had was our wristbands. The wristbands they gave us was for another resort which the staff harassed us every time we were on the private beach area. Since we couldn’t get in touch with anyone to receive the correct wristbands the property management team was nice enough to hand us theirs for our stay. As far as that the stay was very nice.

The resort was beautiful and the room was spectacular! But if you have issues and need to contact host you are out of luck! They do not promptly respond to messages if at all and the phone number no one ever answers. It is automated with 5 options chose any as it is the same. I sat in the queue for 20 minutes at a time and I called 8 times different times of day/night.

December 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Silver Shells St Lucia. The instructions about check in were very clear. The condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed for the most part. We visited in winter, and it rained the entire time, so I would have appreciated a dining table a bit bigger for playing games but could see how this may be useless in the summer when spending most of your time out of the condo. Also, the dishes and cutlery were in short supply so I was glad we picked up disposable items from the grocery store. The condo is close to a lot and very convenient. We would return!
