*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

The colorful style of this fourth-floor rental includes fashionable bold tones and hardwood floors in the common area. This vacation unit's other features include a breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This comfortable vacation unit includes patio doors from floor to ceiling in the living area leading to a private balcony that provides a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bath has a shower/tub combination and a common area half bath. The bedroom and living room have TVs and DVD players. And to complete your relaxing vacation experience, a king bed in the main bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Resort and location was very nice and super close to the beach with great pools, but our condo needed some TLC.

The property was very nice, but is showing its age. The hot tub heater was broken and the Splashpad they advertised was broken as well. The on-site restaurant was only open in the day time and not for dinner??? Elevators were also broken when we arrived, but the staff was exceptional n getting our belongings to our room.

In our condo there was a mirrored wall that had broken off and the strips that would have surrounded it were lying in the floor. That was fine with us being adults, but if there had been children with us it could have been dangerous one of the cabinet doors in the half bath was broken, there were no spoons! Just little things, but it’s had to eat cereal without a spoon.

Avari cancelled our reservation the morning we were to arrive stating that the unit was under construction. We suspect since it was spring break and we found the same unit listed on another site that Avari went with the better rate. We had to change our vacation plans at considerable expense. I’ll never book at another Avari property. Buyer beware!
