*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025: -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026. This warmly decorated vacation getaway is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, Fl; featuring tile flooring throughout the unit excluding the main bedroom. Watch the people playing in the Gulf of Mexico from your beachfront private balcony by walking through the balcony door located in the living room. Other unique features included in the rental unit are modernized countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the waves roll in. The dining table has comfortable seating for up to four people for any card game/board game or dining. Make sure that you bring your CDs to get full use of the CD stereo player that has been placed inside the unit. Watch TV on the TVs provided so that you don't get sunburned or watch a DVD on either of the two DVD players. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

You’ll love the view but not the hide a bed. Also , I would recommend not leaving the hotel after 7:00 or 8:00 pm or you will have to park a half a block away. Other than that , it was clean .

The condo was clean and almost exactly as pictured except the sofa. The one pictured is a grey pull out. What we actually got was a dirty dark blue old pull out (I took pictures but I don’t see anywhere to attach them) the mattress was extremely thin to the point that it hurt to sleep on. It was disgusting. There was some residue, not sure if it was filth or what but if you touched it, and rubbed your fingers, you felt the residue (dirt? Cleaner?). Also there seemed to be some sort of ash in the cup holder of the sofa. Not sure what it was but it was ashy. The rest of the condo was clean. The sofa definitely seemed out of place. The only other complaint was the towels. Would be nice to have a couple of extra towels for a 3 night stay. You can’t get any from the staff because the rental is managed by Vacasa so you’ll need to bring extra towels. The building is well maintained (for the most part) the kids splash pad is down for maintenance- actually, the entire place is going through renovations so it looks a little rough on the outside but it was clean and well kept so I didn’t mind too much. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Almost forgot, the parking is tricky which is to be expected. Just know the overflow lot is across the street but not too bad of a walk. The trick is that everyone leaves for the day early morning and return in the evening but if you kinda plan around that you’ll have parking every time!
