September 2026

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the beach and the Gulf. This was our family’s first time visiting Destin, and staying here made our vacation even more special. We really enjoyed the easy beach access, the pools, and all the amenities. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The host was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. We made some wonderful family memories here and would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our first trip to Destin such a great experience!

Avari response:

It warms our hearts to hear that you had a wonderful stay, Rafael! We're thrilled that you found the condo beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and that the view of the beach and the Gulf added to your experience. It sounds like you made the most of the easy beach access and enjoyed the pools and amenities, which is exactly what we hope for our guests.

Creating memorable family moments is what it's all about, and we're so glad we could be a part of your first trip to Destin. Thank you for your kind words about our team; we’re always here to help. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

If you’re between here and another option, this is your sign to choose the other option… Very rarely do I leave bad reviews but felt the need to help others save money/headaches.

Entire 10th floor leading to room was ripped up, so we tracked concrete dust/dirt into the room. Couldn’t even enter the lobby thru main doors - had to squeeze into a small side door with a cart.

Room itself is very poorly maintained.. Fridge leaked water all over kitchen floor. Bathroom floor had .5” puddle of water after showering. Tub handle spins freely and you can’t shut the water off fully (slow stream for 3 days straight).

Moldy ceilings/trim/ac vents in bathroom #1.

Tv remotes broken and held together with a band aid; batteries leaking acid. One TV went dark and only had sound.

Misc: Mirrors & decor all crooked, holes in cloning around fire sprinklers, rusted towel holders… The list goes on. Just poorly maintained and not welcoming for $350\night. Spend it elsewhere.
