Overview

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

Sundestin Unit 1115 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private eleventh-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps six and offers an upscale contemporary coastal décor with new living room furnishings, updated kitchen & bath, as well as fine tile flooring. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Destin coastline. Prepare family meals in with the fully stocked upscale kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds with fine headboards, a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD, and separate access to the balcony. The primary bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style bath and a half with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom. Please take in the sunsets in elegance and style at Sundestin Unit #1115.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Beautiful condo, amazing amenities, and the perfect place for a family vacation. we can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean, spacious, and had incredible views from the 11th floor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything we needed was provided. Our family especially loved the multiple pools, hot tubs, splash pad, and the easy beach access. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and everything Destin has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing family vacation.

Nice friendly place only problem I had was with checking in they couldn’t find me at all

You get what you pay more. The views were beautiful and being right on the beach for a deal was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, bathroom was very dirty and could use a good deep cleaning. There is a USED q-tip in top corner of the shower. Baseboards need a good wipe down also. The check out instructions were easy to follow but unfortunately the dishwasher seems to be broken. But the views were beautiful and we were really in the room to just sleep. Bed was very comfortable, would look at booking at this condo again but not this room.

When we originally booked with Avari management, we were told we will receive the lock box code with instructions one hour prior to our check in. We never received the check in instructions until 20 minutes before check in after we texted them to send it. However, they did not include the lock box code. We messaged and called countless times for up to 2 hours with no response. This was stressful and frustrating as we drove 5 hours to get to the rental. We ended up having to cancel the room because Airbnb could not get in contact with the host. This was horrible customer service and caused us great inconvenience.

Booked a stay on the 11 th floor of their condo and when we made it there after a four hour drive the room was being renovated and we had no idea where we would stay. We could not get our refund back immediately to purchase another room so we had to spend more money than expected. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced and poor communication on their end.
