Overview

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! View sugar-white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own living room and private balcony! This one-bedroom condominium located on the fifteenth floor offers an unobstructed view of the beach. This professionally decorated condo offers a king bed and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked even for the most discriminating chef and there are TVs and DVD players available for your entertainment. Bask in the sun or just sit on the balcony and catch up on a good book, whatever it maybe this unit is sure to make great memories for you and your family.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

The front desk were incredibly kind. The beach access was easy to get to. The chair service people were really nice.

I couldn't find a laundry room.

This place had a great view and a good location . Close to restaurants and only a mile away from Walmart. However when it comes to cleanliness, it could have been better . Someone before us left contact lenses on bedside without a case and the floor had lots of sand on it before we even went to the beach . If you are traveling with family of 4 make sure you bring extra washcloths and towels . They only give you one small washcloth, 1 medium towel, and 1 drying towel and you can’t get more from the front desk. Also the host wouldn’t give extra . We had to go to Walmart for these items . Other than that it was a good place to stay and my kids enjoyed it.

Loved the view! Nice people down here. It was fun being in the ocean and talking with people around the country. Need air in elevators and hallways! Also umbrella rentals seemed like a scam, lots of unnecessary stress renting one. The room needed better furniture. This resort could use a decent restaurant on site or close by! 98 is a nightmare to drive on! The light to the west of property never turned red, bring good driving skills!
