*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025: -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026. This brilliantly styled vacation getaway condo is located at Sundestin on the beach in Destin, FL. Tile flooring is featured throughout the majority of the condo. Access to the balcony is through the living room and offers awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other unique features included in the rental condo are elegant countertops, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils so you can cook your favorite meal and watch the waves. A Hollywood bath, two toilets, two vanities, and a tub/shower combination are located inside the condo. The dining table has restful seats for any card/board game or dining. This vacation rental also offers two TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system. The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. THINGS TO KNOW 24-hour front desk service is available. There is an elevator in the building. A double-size sofabed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space. Boats, trailers, RVs, jet skis, and additional cars are not permitted in the main lot. There is an overflow lot across the street if needed. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

The condo is very clean! We enjoyed our 25 year anniversary trip. We would definitely visit again. The only issue we had was there was only one small skillet to cook in. It made it difficult to cook. Other than that everything was great!

We thoroughly loved this room! It's close to the elevator, has a great view, feels very lively, sunny, happy, and roomy. Very big TV screen with a great picture. Beds are comfortable. Shower is great. Would request this particular room again.
