Great place to stay. Plenty of local areas to explore. The beach was great. Only issue was the trash can inside the home has a broken lid. Everything else was great.

Nice place with spacious rooms. Walking distance to the beach. The condo is about a street away from the beach. Nice private beach!

This second story unit faces a 4 lane boulevard. You can see highway 89 from the condo, so ambulances, firetrucks, and everyday traffic are a disturbance. The balcony overlooks the 3rd hole and the 4th tee. People are passionate about their golf. At 7 AM the greenskeeper cuts the grass outside your bedroom window. It's a corner unit, so it's light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfy. Sandpiper Resort is wonderful. The pool around the corner was toasty, there are many activities in the clubhouse, and golf is free. Folks are friendly in inclusive. The wifi was unreliable and we had to reboot several times a day despite repeated calls to Vacasa. The washer and dryer work well, but the door that enclosed them bangs into the entry door because it won't close. The surface of the dining table is sticky. The toilet seat in the main bath is broken. There is a broken spindle on the balcony. The bathrooms are the originals, but they were very clean. There are loads of towels and facecloths. The unit and resort itself is pet friendly and they provide bags and receptacles for pet waste. We were there for 52 nights and overall, we enjoyed our stay.
