The unit was clean! The views were gorgeous and the host was so responsive. I asked a lot of questions and they answered each one! We definitely will consider staying here again! The check in process was effortless. Also the unit came with small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap as well as travel size kitchen necessities like dish soap and laundry pods. The washer and dryer in this unit was very nice!

Nice place, direct view of ocean. Very roomy and awesome bed.No seasonings in the kitchen. Water draining 24/7 from behind fridge thru the wall. Internet TV not working. No clothes hangers to put clothes on after flying in. We would stay again and would know what to bring next time.

Avari response:

Thank you, Shawn, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and found the space roomy and comfortable. It’s great to know that the bed met your expectations, as we strive to provide a restful experience for our guests.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies and the issues with the water drainage and internet TV. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. We’re always looking to improve, and your insights help us ensure that future guests have everything they need for a seamless experience.

We’re glad to hear you’d consider staying with us again, and we’ll be ready to welcome you back with a few extra touches to make your next visit even better. Thank you for choosing Avari, and we look forward to seeing you again in Destin!

Everything was fine, except the internet did not work our entire stay. My daughter ended up using up her hot spot.

Excellent view, very nice shower, easy access to beach. Storm door was broken and never fixed after maintenance calling and saying they were on their way to fix. Other than that the location, and condo was well worth the price.
