This condo met all of my expectations. I brought my family of six with me and this condo accommodated all of our needs. Very clean, very spacious, and the views were perfect. Highly recommend especially for families. We will be staying here every time we visit Destin.

Well-located and clean accommodation

They didn't offer breakfast; we had to buy it at the market.

I didn't like having to pay $80 to sit in two chairs in front of the Pelican. Even though I was a paying guest wearing the resort wristband, we weren't allowed to use the resort's chairs without paying; it was very awkward and embarrassing.

Avari response:

Thank you, Danielle, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re glad to hear you found the location convenient and the accommodation clean.

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected fees, especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying the amenities. It’s important to us that our guests feel comfortable and valued, and we’re sorry that this aspect of your experience fell short. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. There’s so much to explore in Destin, and we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless experience next time.

It was very clean I loved the location of the property and having two pools with one fully shaded was great with kids who needed out of the sun.

Avari response:

Thank you, AlexSandra, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found the property clean and enjoyed the fantastic location. Having two pools, especially with one shaded, is such a bonus for families, and we're glad it worked well for you and the kids.

We came in for a short girls trip and had a wonderful time at this unit. It was clean and smelled so good! It was a nice, short walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony of our unit and from outside the front door. Close to literally everything in Destin. Highly recommend this place!
