All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

The stay was overall good, but there were a few issues.
When we arrived, the couch and rug were wet, and the rug also looked quite dirty. We were not sure what caused this.
The outdoor balcony had bird droppings throughout, including on one of the chairs. We were told someone would come clean it on the 2nd day but it was cleaned only on the last day of our stay. (We only stayed 3 days).
The Airbnb listing also stated that basic amenities such as shampoo, towels, and a dryer were not provided, so we brought those items with us while traveling from out of town. However, all of these amenities were actually available at the property, so the listing should be updated to reflect that accurately.
There were also no basic kitchen essentials like salt, sugar, or coffee pods. It would have been nice to have a few basic necessities available for guests.
The view was great with great access to the beach.

Very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again... if they fix the AC. The AC was not working when we first arrived. After messaging the host, we were told there were fans in the closet. No mention of having someone to come look at it. After following up with the host on the situation, we were ignored for the rest of the trip. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. There is also a large gap on the side of the front door which was very noisy when the wind was blowing. Everything else was nice.
