We had a great trip! This was a wonderful sized place if you have a bigger family plenty of room for everyone! Getting into the condo was simple & easy! The only thing I would say would make things easier/better is if they let you know ahead of time that you will need to get parking passes after check in that you are only allowed a parking pass for two vehicles. I only say that because we didn’t know we were only allowed two vehicles & ended up having to search for safe public parking I feel like if you’re renting out a place that fits up to to 10 people then you should be able to accommodate the vehicles they drive there so they don’t have to pay for parking elsewhere. Everything else was fantastic! Also it is on the beach & has a nice pool but no beach towels make sure you bring your own!

Worst management company we have ever experienced. We spent hours calling, on hold and messaging avari. We kept being told “we have yet to hear back from our team. But rest assured, we will get back to you when we had an answer.” The hard age disposal
Was making noise and eventually jammed, so our sink wouldn’t drain and backed up
Into the dishwasher. The water was leaking all over the floor, and they still don’t respond. We didn’t have a functional kitchen for 4 of our 7 days. They told us we could extend our stay and would back to us with a price and that lasted for 3 days, and then the morning of regular checkout they texted 2 hours before checkout time and said that it was rented. I could go on and on. I asked for the owners contact information so I could let them know how terrible the management is, and they would not give it to me. I hope the owners will see this and reach out to us. We have gone to the Aegean for 13 years and love it there. So disappointing.

The location and surroundings were outstanding (beach access, pool, picnic area etc). The until itself was priced appropriately if all the amenities would have been provided accordingly. However, the access code through the gate was not provided, and we had to wait 3 hrs with perishables. There was no communication throughout entire stay with the host. The WiFi was completely inaccessible. We would have gladly spent more elsewhere in order to avoid the inconveniences and the annoyance of not having guidance or an answer from the host for the issues we faced on this property. If we could upload photos we would upload the screenshots of messages sent to the host without proper response to resolve these issues. There’s also a call history in which we called multiple lines that were listed to contact in case of any issues. We loved the area but wish we would’ve had a better experience with this unit the host provided.
