This is a great location if you want to be right in the mix of Destin fishing and nightlife. It’s actually very quiet inside if you don’t want to hear the noise but it’s amazing for people watching, watching the boats come and go and listen to the live bands etc. We have stayed at this building in different units a few times and even my 80yr old parents love it.

Absolutely a great place, it was bright and open -- then we saw that beautiful view and it was love ❤️. It's right in the harbor with access to all the water toys and everything for seafood junkies. Definitely will be back to Destin and stay right here again.

So, I know the Destin area well and take my family every year for the last 6 years maybe more. Actually been thinking about buying a place there. I never even knew this place was back there. How convenient just down from the boardwalk and tons of restaurants and bars literally right next door. it was really awesome to be able to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk with ease. The pet friendly area is a little to be desired, but you could easily walk the dogs down the street and there is plenty of grass around. The condo was perfect great size great views of the marina and Harbor area. The guest service people called to make sure everything was good and we were happy really appreciated them checking in on us. Really loved the view in the morning when opening the curtains. The WiFi worked great, which I needed to do some work stuff. Can’t stress enough the location of you want to have a little night life with so many options right around or next door. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Beds were extremely comfortable. Dog Walk area easily accessible. Door Dash, at times had difficulty finding condo. Overall extremely pleased with the Condo. Enjoyed our stay very much!
