Overall, our stay was fine. I think it could use some remodeling such as new higher toilettes. The ice maker in the fridge was excessively noisy. We went there for the sun; unfortunately the sun refused to cooperate but that was not the fault of the owner. However, operation of the tvs, plural, would have been much less frustrating had there been some printed instructions and new batteries supplied VRBO needs to be clearer, I believe, in communicating the fact that the owner is no longer personally available but that a third party is the main source of help. Even though I had these concerns, I would still recommend it

Missing a lot of key things- there was no hairdryer, no wine opener or bottle opener, no beach towels. They didn’t respond to a message I sent for over 24 hours and we had already checked out. The place wasn’t necessarily dirty but typical humid Florida place where everything is kinda sticky and old. The rugs definitely need to be replaced.
Overall though it’s right on the beach and you couldn’t ask for a better location, just wish the place was a little nicer.

It was as pictured nice on the inside, back porch could use some up keep was ardors kids would get splinters. Had all the appliance and pans but be sure to bring every little thing to cook there, nothing was provided. Overall a good experience and fun time had.

We booked our place through Airbnb. Everything was fine. We paid got instructions that we would get a lock code the morning of the check-in as we got nothing. I did respond to their messages previously asking when we would get it that way we could respond. It took hours and hours before I finally called Airbnb to see that we got scammed by this company, thank God for another lady having an open condo or my whole trip would’ve been screwed. This person never contacted us nor when Airbnb reached out to them as well.
