This condo has a community pool and is right in the middle of plenty of attractions, so whether you're lounging around the house or exploring Destin, this is the vacation home for you. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a short walk away, where you can practice riding the waves before you hit the ocean. There is plenty of great local fare around the resort. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

The stay overall had everything Needed. Close to all the restaurants we loved, great beach space, beautiful view, comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the kitchen, and the overall layout. Nice bathrooms and kitchen stocked with cookware for any meal you would make. Pools and hot tubs were nice, they have a bar and indoor cafe but closed in February but they looked nice, easy beach access, good parking. Staff onsite was nice, Vacasa was detailed before arrival and it was a smooth check in/out. I was told the bed was newer and even though that may have been true, the beds were all uncomfortable, all 4. Master mattress was slightly below 'okay' status in my mind and if you cherish good bedding, it does not make the cut. I have back problems so this was tough for me. We laid on the pullout early in morning but it was awful, I would prefer a cot/air mattress. Would not consider when discussing beds/sleeps All in all, very satisfied.
