All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

The location was great, and I would definitely stay at this property again—but I would not rent Unit #509 again. The unit itself was clean, which I appreciated, but there were several things that made the stay less comfortable and kept the condo from feeling cozy and inviting. The unit is in need of renovation, particularly the furnishings and fixtures.The bdrm furniture is dated, including a dingy white wicker dresser in the primary bdrm. The drapes in the primary bdrm were visibly stained and need to be cleaned or replaced. The primary bathroom vanity is old, deteriorating, and needs replacement, and the towel bar was broken/missing. The dishwasher also showed rust, and the patio table was rusty. Again, cleanliness was not the issue—the unit was clean. However, updating would make a huge difference in the overall comfort and appearance of the condo. I really enjoyed the location and will definitely return to the property, but next time I will choose a different unit.

Overall the property is very good. Condo is ok just needs a new mattress and some updates.

The condo has a spectacular view of the ocean. Great patio for sunset views. Amenities at the property are good. The building has a small restaurant, washateria area, indoor pool, and 2 outdoor pools. The kitchen has a mini dish soap welcome box, thoughtful touch. Stores are near by for everything else.

However the bed was pretty worn and uncomfortable. The pots and pans are worn and was sad to see no spices. Some condos have basic spices left behind from previous customers. Not here. The beach chairs need to be rented days in advance so we were out of luck. Wish someone would have gave us a heads up to book the chairs w umbrellas for best seats on the beach.
