All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Sin embargo, lamentamos que la limpieza no haya estado a la altura de lo que esperaban. Eso no debería haber sucedido y es algo que tomamos muy en serio.

Overall the property is very good. Condo is ok just needs a new mattress and some updates.

The condo has a spectacular view of the ocean. Great patio for sunset views. Amenities at the property are good. The building has a small restaurant, washateria area, indoor pool, and 2 outdoor pools. The kitchen has a mini dish soap welcome box, thoughtful touch. Stores are near by for everything else.

However the bed was pretty worn and uncomfortable. The pots and pans are worn and was sad to see no spices. Some condos have basic spices left behind from previous customers. Not here. The beach chairs need to be rented days in advance so we were out of luck. Wish someone would have gave us a heads up to book the chairs w umbrellas for best seats on the beach.
