East Pass Towers was amazing, absolutely stunning views of the Destin shoreline and harbor. The condo was very clean and I loved how the unit itself retained a great deal of the original 80’s architecture and feel. The only issue was that the shower water was excessively hot, like to the point where a cool shower after a day at the beach wasn’t really possible.

Avari response:

Markus, we’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the stunning views of the Destin shoreline and harbor from the condo! It’s wonderful that you appreciated the unique charm of the original 80’s architecture. We strive to maintain a clean and inviting space for our guests, so it’s great to know we hit the mark there.

We understand how important it is to have a refreshing shower after a day at the beach, and we appreciate you bringing the water temperature issue to our attention. We’ll certainly look into it to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience.

We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon, where you can soak in those beautiful views again!

The views from this condo are STUNNING. The location is breathtaking, on the other hand upon entering there was a dead moth on the tile, mold around several vents in the home, ceiling popcorn peeling and falling on to guest room floor. I went to make breakfast the next morning and had to wash several pans due to dry eggs on the pans in the cupboard. The ice maker and the dryer were not working properly and got disturbed several times in the early morning of checkout due to a leak....just very disappointed, even with the 100$ comp offered.
