The unit also includes a new queen sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests.

The full kitchen is equipped with seating for 4, all new appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for four. You’ll also find convenient extras like a Keurig, a standard coffee maker, and toaster to make mornings easy.

Start your day with coffee on the private patio, which offers direct access to the courtyard and a near by pool. During your stay, enjoy shared amenities including multiple pools, a hot tub, outdoor shower, and pickleball court—everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Beach Service for the 2026 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

The place was really great! We loved how everything was new and styled in beach theme! The mattress became our favorite and we even took a picture of the brand. It was close enough to the beach, I would not want to live further. You can come by car the parking at 8am at least was always empty! Beach was never crowded and chairs were a good plus. But they were set up by service people at 9am and we would be on the second raw, so we would put our beach blanket right by the water. Overall area seemed quiet and not many ppl.

This studio apartment was actually better than I expected. Literally about 20 steps from the beach, we loved that. It was so clean, almost felt and smelled like a brand new house when we entered.

I left something in the room and they made it extremely difficult to retrieve the item

They took my credit card info and without telling me the price so I can ok it they just charged 220 for next day shipping.
