The living room's sofabed serves as an extra place to rest, day or night. A galley-style full kitchen is perfect for cooking up snacks for the beach and dinner for when you arrive home. It now features a Keurig coffee maker. Feel free to toss the swimsuits and towels into the private washer/dryer. Your bird’s eye view of blue herons, turtles, schools of fish, hermit crabs, and pelicans will provide endless entertainment. Additionally, to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation spot, this condo has been updated recently with new wallhangings and closet doors. As our guests, you'll be able to access the shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts during your stay. Don't forget one of the best features of this lovely home; Sandpiper Cove has its own private beach with 1100 feet of shoreline, a beachside full bar, and a four-star restaurant on site. This tastefully decorated condo provides both comfort and convenience as you enjoy everything the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” has to offer! What's nearby: But what is Destin without its ocean breezes? Sandpiper Cove’s best feature is our breathtaking private beach just a short walk from your condo. Several seafood markets, grocery stores, coffee shops, specialty meat, and fabulous dining are an easy bike ride away. Pack your tennis shoes because this area is very walkable! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to get out on the water, the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise offers fun, family-friendly adventures just two-and-a-half miles away. Don't forget to head seven miles down the coastline to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp! If you'd like to get even closer to Floridian wildlife, Gator Beach is just three miles away from the condo and offers a free way to observe gators in a fun and safe environment. We loved the location because we played the 9 hole golf course, enjoyed the fine dining restaurant and went to the beach and bar across the street. The home could use some updating but the location overshadowed that issue. In addition, the two bathrooms and extra vanity including a sink was a plus.

If you're looking for more of a community feel, this place is for you. Sandpiper Cove has great amenities and very conveniently located for beach access. 3204 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay--a well stocked kitchen; plenty of bath towels; body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms; and fun wildlife on the canal to observe from the balcony. It had a nice home away from home cozy feeling. I hope to go back next year.

Our stay here was not awful, however, it could have been better. The condo is very close to a couple of the golf holes, which my husband enjoyed. And had the weather been nicer, we could have played pickleball because we were also super close to the tennis courts. The security at the entrance was very attentive and helpful. The only problem was that the sofa in the condo was very deflated and smelled of urine, so I mainly sat at the kitchen table whenever in the living room. And just to note, the bathroom countertops and toilets are very low to the ground.
