We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights in this condo right on the beach. We were in Destin to visit family and did not need to use the oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, washer or dryer, but we loved that they were available! Our family loved having a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids and the huge balcony off the living room and master bedroom that overlooked the beach and the Gulf. Vacasa left us a lovely welcome gift and the recommendations for restaurants in the area were perfect. The property felt very safe with security at the gate and around the property at all hours. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will be staying again if we are ever in the area.

Everything overall was pretty good. I'm not sure who cleans but we had to clean up some when we got there. There were dirty rags lying around and there was still food in the fridge from the last guests I assume. Other than that we were happy. Our room had an ocean view and the property was close to everything we needed. Customer service was very quick with helping us when the code didn't work. We were happy with our stay.
