Love the stay

Nice and comfy

The chair has a stain in it and the sofa was a little worn. But it was manageable.

Avari response:

We appreciate your feedback about the chair and sofa. While we strive to maintain our homes to high standards, we recognize that some details can slip through the cracks. We’ll make sure to address these issues so that future guests can enjoy an even better experience.

We hope to welcome you back soon for another stay where we can provide you with the comfort and care you deserve.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience on our vacation. However, the condo was not stocked with cleaning supplies for us to keep it cleaned. And cleaners never came as promised. Also, the first time using the master bathroom, toilet, it overflowed and security recommended that we not use it, but maintenance never came to fix the problem until a few days later. Then I was told that someone had arrived to clean only the overflow toilet, which we had already soaked up with towels available. We had requested a general clean. I cleaned as much as I could with limited supplies.
