There's an easy connection to the full kitchen via the diner-style breakfast bar. The unit is equipped with a brand new grill (2025) and outside tv with luxury outdoor seating on property, perfect for group dinners and quality family time. You'll love the trendy green and turquoise tones of the home, accented by bright pops of color and sand-colored carpet and flooring. Every bedroom, including the main bedroom suite that takes up the second floor, includes a ceiling fan to ensure guest comfort. The main bedroom's en suite bathroom includes two vessel sinks, and a stone-inlaid standalone shower with a built-in bench and a detachable showerhead. Guests of this lovely suite can pull the shade closed and block off the stairs upstairs for privacy. If you're coming back from the beach (via our very accessible beach access), just stick your bathing suits in the private washer/dryer and feel free to relax. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay. What is Destin without its ocean breezes? Sandpiper Cove’s best feature is our breathtaking private beach just a short walk from your condo. Several seafood markets, grocery stores, coffee shops, and fabulous restaurants are an easy bike ride away. Pack your tennis shoes because this area is very walkable! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to get out on the water, the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise offers fun, family-friendly adventures just under three miles away. Don't forget to head seven miles down the coastline to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp! If you'd like to get closer to Floridian wildlife, Gator Beach is just over three miles away and offers a free way to observe gators in a fun and safe environment. Things to Know Snowbirds welcome! Gated entrance Shower bench and detachable showerhead Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

The villa has so much space for everyone to relax! The carport was great with the porch swing and furniture to relax on and watch television outside! There is a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer on the ground floor. Get ready to walk some stairs if you stay here! I was glad to get the exercise, but wouldn’t have been good for anyone with bad knees or hips. The beds were comfortable, unit was clean, and everything worked well! Another plus was the location with a short walk to the beach and umbrella and 2 chairs included in your stay!! The condo is also right beside pickleball courts and a wonderful restaurant next door that is a local favorite in Destin that you walk to in just a couple of minutes! Great place to stay! I would book again!

I booked this trip for my family which consisted of 7 adults and one child. The rooms were plenty big in size and had excellent storage. Our only complaint was the lack of extra toiletries such as toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Everything else was great.
