With a 40-foot boat slip, this retreat offers enough room to lay up your large yacht alongside a lengthy dock. It's also perfectly situated, boasting an incredibly long view looking down the canal and the Destin Harbor. Pack your newest swimming suit and enjoy a refreshing splash in the private outdoor pool - the pool area has plenty of seating and loungers to enjoy the sun and get your daily vitamin D dose. Enjoy a thirst-quenching juice or cocktail in the shaded lounge area, or surprise your friends with a delicious barbecued meal thanks to the on-site gas grill.

Inside, the home offers a spacious open floor plan. The living area features a cozy C-shaped sofa in front of a TV and a small coffee table in the center. Had a wonderful time. Home could have been a little cleaner with the price guests pay for cleaning charges, and could use a few updates. Would definitely stay again though.

Lovely home, needs a little TLC inside and out. Make sure you read reviews and do some digging, we were told the bikes were not included but seen in others reviews they were? Double check other than that good home, also bring your own cookware if you plan to cook, there is a goodwill close by we took off to find some pots and pans, only downside of house was the gate on the deck coming off the hinges and landing on my foot. Like I said home needs some TLC but cool home
