If the condo is rented in its entirety (3 bd), it sleeps 7, making it perfect for family reunions or group vacations. Please note that the property is closed to outside guests during Spring Break and Holidays to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Additionally, the HOA enforces a policy requiring one guardian aged 25 or older for every three guests under 25, so please plan accordingly. We loved the convenience of having a full kitchen at our disposal, with a quick walk to the beach and access to the amenities of Pelican Beach Resorts. The pool at The Terrace is amazing and peaceful. This property is extremely comfortable to come and go, allowing you to experience all of Destin.
