This house was a great fit for our family trip for graduation in Pensacola. The location was convenient to various parts of Pensacola. Not too far from the college & the beach. Neighborhood was actually quite. Floor plan was spacious worked really well for our needs. The (1) bedroom & bathroom downstairs for little more privacy was a good design . The house is kept up well & clean. Avari Management was helpful in communication & instructions during our stay.

Great stay! Very clean, lots of space, and bed was pretty comfortable. Kitchen was pretty minimal as far as cooking supplies go, but wasn’t an issue for us. There was a small area behind the house for our dog, but it was not fenced which wasn’t super clear in the description. Again, not a big deal but be prepared to keep your dog on a leash outside. Overall a fantastic home and we would not hesitate to book again!

Great place to stay and location. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I do prefer renting from individuals because they provide a lot more touches. But, I would definitely stay here again
