Overall our stay was pleasant

I loved the location, the amenities and how spacious it was. We enjoyed the pool on the property

The television in the living room didn’t work. I called and told them about it and nobody came out to see what the problem was. The handle on the screen door completely fell off but I repaired it myself so that wasn’t an issue. I also noticed a wasp nest on the front porch that needed to be removed but nobody came out to do it & one of the kids with us happened to be allergic to wasps so we had to be extremely careful going in and out. That and not being able to watch television in the living room was our biggest issue.

We absolutely loved this space! Nice and roomy with plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. Definitely appreciated the 2 full baths, as well as the nicely stocked kitchen. The front balcony is large and lovely to sit on first thing in the morning, or last thing in the evening. This complex is small, so no overcrowding at all. The beach was a quick and easy walk. We would set up our gear in the morning (an umbrella and a few chairs), and walk back and forth throughout the day. We loved coming back to the very nice pool after we were done with the beach - many times we had the pool to ourselves. We drove to Pier Park a few times (very close), and we went to Walmart on Back Beach Rd a few times (Back Beach Rd is crowded, but steadily moves along and is easy to get to). We will definitely be staying here again!
