This was our 3rd year in this house. We live the location and privacy. Just a short 2 min walk to the beach, but tucked away in a quite neighborhood.

If you are here for the beach, on a budget, and want to get the most for your money, this is the house for you! It was clean, spacious, and the beds were actually comfortable. We were literally within walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to all of the great restaurants and shops on 30A.
