We loved the location of this condo and the ease of getting to the beach. The dedicated crosswalk with flashing lights was wonderful. There is a shower on the side of the building for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Being right next door to The Carousel grocery store was convenient as well. We love that store and the gift shop! We don’t get to spend time at the pool because the Gulf was so calm while we were there, but we loved having the option for a pool day if needed.

Location is great. Staff helped us get maintenance on site to fix an issue with the door when we first arrived within an hour. Upstairs bed was comfy but the box spring was noisey if you moved around. The TV and cable box downstairs is pretty dated but was functional. The kitchen amenities (pots, pans, silverware, etc.) could use an upgrade. They were functional but old and worn out. We'd come back to this property though. Thanks!

toms donuts/lunch/icecream/pizza a block away. grocery/gift shop next door a+++. even on a busy road, it felt like paradise, and so quiet.
