This is the first time we’ve ever stayed on a property run by a management company. I don’t recommend at all. Difficult to get a hold of. I asked questions prior to going and no one responded. At first glance, the PCB place looks cute, but then quickly you realize how unkept it actually is. They are running two separate WiFi networks which interrupts service, dust bunnies all over the ceiling, paint that is peeling off the wall, kitchen utensils that don’t match (looks like a hodge podge), pans that are really used and worn, only two regular drinking glasses, the toaster didn’t even have a bottom! Remotes for tv were missing backs. And don’t get me started on not having any sheets on one of the beds! I was able to resolve that by getting airbnb support involved as they don’t respond. (20hrs???) The back door to the porch doesn’t open or close all the way. The AC was NOT working well. Not worth the price we paid. I will make sure to never stay at an Avari Managed property

We loved the location of this condo and the ease of getting to the beach. The dedicated crosswalk with flashing lights was wonderful. There is a shower on the side of the building for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Being right next door to The Carousel grocery store was convenient as well. We love that store and the gift shop! We don’t get to spend time at the pool because the Gulf was so calm while we were there, but we loved having the option for a pool day if needed.

Location is great. Staff helped us get maintenance on site to fix an issue with the door when we first arrived within an hour. Upstairs bed was comfy but the box spring was noisey if you moved around. The TV and cable box downstairs is pretty dated but was functional. The kitchen amenities (pots, pans, silverware, etc.) could use an upgrade. They were functional but old and worn out. We'd come back to this property though. Thanks!
