Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

The Condo was GREAT. THE VIEW!!! Loved, the view. Everything was as described. But there is a few things that needs attention..the Bed is Horrible, Cheap Mattress and it Squeaks when you move and very uncomfortable. The Mattress Cover was Stained and needed replaced. The Silverware had rust on the knives and the Master Bath Toilet constantly ran and the hall Bathroom Toilet Wobbled when you sat on it. The bottom Kitchen cabinets cant be opened unless you open the stove first ( you have to see this to understand). These are Minor things that the Owner Can fix to make Renters more Comfortable. Other than these things, We had a Wonderful Time.

We had zero communication about the pool code and when we received it, it was wrong.
We ended up getting it from our neighbor. The WiFi password I received via email was also incorrect but that was listed on the refrigerator correctly. We had a great view with everything we needed in the condo but the bed was uncomfortable, the shower head would be nice to upgrade, the toilet water ran the whole time, the faucet in the bathroom was broken.
We did love the location to the beach and the two pools were nice, both with hot tubs. We found several areas with communal beach toys and loved the beach chairs and umbrellas that were included with our rental.
The listing says parking included but it did cost $45 for the space for the week.
Overall I would probably return but it would be a 3.5 star review for me, if it were a 5 star scale.
