Cheerful and full of fun decor touches, this condo is ready to welcome guests with a lovely view of the ocean! Take it all in from a seat in the lovely private balcony. Inside, central air conditioning creates a cool atmosphere. The full kitchen features full-size appliances as well as a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a casual meal. Younger guests can kick back on the built-in bunks right by the kitchen. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination for extra privacy. But no matter where you choose to sleep, guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, gas grill, and much more! Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Had a great weekend at this spot. Waking up in the morning, getting a coffee and sitting in the balcony viewing the ocean, with sounds of waves. Perfect! The place is great, lots of things to do nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful room beautiful view. The room was clean in fact the floors were still wet when we entered after 4 pm because she was still cleaning. Kid friendly place we will return with our kids. Awesome for my husband and I even though kid friendly no problems with noise or interruptions. We loved the bed we slept so good. Kitchen fully stocked.

We had a blast. My kids enjoyed the same very nice condo beds were comfy. The balcony was excellent. The view was beautiful. kitchen was great. Had everything that we needed to cook our meals in. I felt very comfortable like I was at home. We loved the splash resort. The kids had a blast from the time they got out from the time we went to bed. Staff was amazing. Parking was great. I seen a lot of bad reviews about the splash resorts about the rooms in this and the play area but let me tell you they are wrong. All of those people that had a bad review or Karen’s because this splash resort including the condo including the play area for the kids was amazing. I tell you amazing price was incredible. I couldn’t ask for more. I will make sure I will come every other year for my kids and to have that experience all over again I wish every resort was like splash resort
