This snug beach hideaway offers all the amenities of home - plus fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped kitchen and jetted tub make this a perfect home base for Panama City Beach adventures. Guests can enjoy access to many shared amenities, including community pools (one of which is seasonally heated), the hot tub, our fitness center with sauna, a charcoal grill, and the outdoor showers for post-sand castle cleanup. WHAT’S NEARBY Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Don't forget to hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun carnival setting, is under three miles from the condo. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in building. Covered parking. Reservations made March through October include beach service (two beach chairs & one umbrella). This is a no smoking property.

Everything was perfect! Home was “Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and waking up to such a beautiful view each morning was a treat. Every detail made us feel right at home, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place. Beautiful views from balcony. Both tvs couldn’t find source the whole vacation and no WiFi in condo.. Disappointing for a person alone.

This is the last high rise on the west side of PCB. I feel because of the location it is quieter. It would have been nice to have a smart tv for those of us who like to stream. It would also have been great to have a small table on the balcony to enjoy a romantic dinner watching the sunset.
