Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal. Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

The room was nice and had a great ocean view. The room only had one trash bag left in the room, so we did have to ask for bags and the staff said they should be in the room but gave us 2 more for 6 days. Other than that it was fantastic.

Location is excellent. Pool areas great for the kiddos. Enjoyed the ice cream onsite. Elevators are hit or miss on for being fully functional. Overall great trip, condo and location.
