WHAT’S NEARBY Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Walkin’ on Water Paddleboards (just five miles from the condo) offers rentals and tours for those looking for a day exploring on the water. THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in building. Covered parking. Reservations made March through October include beach service (two beach chairs & one umbrella). This is a no smoking property. This condo shares a wall with the elevator, a slight humming can be heard inside while the elevator is in use.

The condo is very comfortable and well furnished. Our stay couldn’t have been better. From coffee and dolphin sightings in the morning to wine and sunsets on the balcony in the evening. This location is stellar and the condo was perfect.

The condo was very nice and clean (some minor wear and tear items that need to be addressed, but nothing that diminished our vacation). The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Very long wait times! Check out is at 10 am and that’s when your door code changes. No exceptions for the extensive elevator wait. We took our main luggage to the car and left small items in the room for the next trip. Due to the extensive wait times for the elevators it was after 10 am when we made it back to the room to get our last items and do a final walkthrough. The door was locked and our code WOULD NOT work! Thankfully, the cleaning crew just happened to arrive and we were able to retrieve our items. We were rushed to say the least.
