We came the middle of September and couldn’t recommend more! We loved the room and the view. The staff was so friendly and welcoming the pool area was kept clean and well maintained. It was not to busy and the room was clean it could have used more bowls and pots and pans but other than that it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at splash resort 702E. Elevators actually were pretty quick even though the resort has 21 floors. Slowest time for elevators was during check in times. I liked that we could book a certain amount of days and not do Saturday to Saturday like a lot of other private resorts. Gym was a nice size. Kids loved the pools, little splash pad and lazy river. Good beach access. There is very little beach room though outside the resorts chairs for rent. They have their own bags of ice to purchase which was convenient and two bars with food. The king master is huge. You could easily fit a full size air mattress in there too. We had no issues with the TVs or wifi. It was decorated nicely although the showers/tubs could use a little updating. They were more like hotel showers. The main couch will eventually need to be replaced since it was sinking in and the queen room furniture is a little bulky and the mattress in there was stiff but it was just fine for the kids. It's high up enough to see marine life in the Gulf but not too high where you don't want to be on the balcony. The balcony was very large with 5 chairs and a small end table. It's not your super high end room where everything is perfect and has very minor flaws. But we enjoyed our stay and it worked well for what we needed. To eat, sleep and shower. We were outside most of the time. We also never had any issues with parking.

We loved being right on the beach. We loved the pool and splash pad areas. We liked having the coffee shop and ice cream readily accessible. Parking was plentiful and we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy the city if we wanted to get out.
