We definitely loved the proximity to the beach, as well as the area seems more personable and not as busy with tourists. The home was clean and has all amenities (however no ice machine). The area was quiet as well which I appreciate. Condo has 2 full baths which is a must when traveling with teen age children.

The location was perfect and the third story condo offered the best view. The grounds were very well kept and the gardens were beautiful. The pool is impeccable. Really good and easy parking. There’s a nice store right next-door and that’s convenient. It’s walkable to Thomas’ restaurant. The condo was very clean though there are certain elements that need updating but that was not a big deal for us. Laguna Beach is quiet and peaceful uncertain offers a serenity that Panama City Beach cannot offer. Yet it’s close enough to drive.
