We loved the condo, but there we a few issues that needed to be address and we could not get it taken care of with the management. They were extremely slow to respond in the app, our stay was for 4 nights and they "escalated" the problem on the last day. Our dishwasher would not turn on, the TV in one of the bedrooms had a broken Roku remote so was pretty useless. Also there was a notice at the property that the water was going to be shut off for a few hours during our stay. Nobody would respond to or handle any of these matters. The condo itself was very clean and nice.
