You'll be a half-mile stroll from Pier Park, where you'll find theme-park-style attractions, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo is also only one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Everything about this condo was perfect. The beds were cozy, the condo itself was clean. My only complaint is the construction outside the condo at night. We had to buy a fan to drown the noise but that’s literally no one’s fault!

This was the best vacation. 1203 was beautiful and very cozy. Unit was very clean and I loved the decor. Checking in/out was easy. I definitely want to book again for next year!
