Enjoy a full kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon, and wonderful on-site amenities that include a pool, hot tub, and 24-hour fitness center. Sterling Breeze offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including a hot tub, a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), a gym, and direct access to the white sand beach. Also on the grounds is a snack bar/grill that serves delicious food and beverages. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Pier Park, where you'll find theme-park-style attractions, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo is also only one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Guests must pay a $50 registration fee per vehicle for parking and amenities

Everything about this condo was perfect. The beds were cozy, the condo itself was clean. My only complaint is the construction outside the condo at night. We had to buy a fan to drown the noise but that’s literally no one’s fault!
