With over 1,900 square feet, this is the ideal condo for you and your friends/family to spread out and relax. Enjoy private access to the balcony which overlooks the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sterling Breeze is complete with a sizable infinity pool (heated seasonally) as well as an outdoor hot tub, a snack bar/grill and a gym. The complex is within a mile of Pier Park and a wide variety of some of the area's best restaurants and bars. And, of course, you are just steps away from the beach!

The apartment was great, but there were issues like a toilet not functioning, which was informed to the Avari Management on the first day. It seems that the communication between the Central and local Teams was not good and the ball was dropped somewhere. They corrected the issue a week after we checked in.

Place was very nice and clean and looked just like the pictures. Great location close to pier park with such Beautiful 16th floor ocean side views. Check in was smooth. Everything was nice no true complaints about this space. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo was very large. It’s actually a 2 bedroom connected to another separate 1
Bedroom with its own kitchenette, balcony and bathroom. So you have very private, separate areas. We were very pleased with our stay and would book again but there were several things needing repair. The bunkbeds were wobbly and we were afraid to let the kids sleep on the top bunk, the toaster oven didn’t work, the remote in the living room was so worn out you could barely get the buttons to work. The staff was great, the location was amazing, would definitely recommend.
