You pay for the view and convenience of having beach access! The unit’s furnishings are outdated, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, multiple light bulbs were burnt out. The drawers under the bunk beds were falling off. Different areas along the walls were patched up(repaired) but left just like that. Not repainted. The washer was hit or miss, one load would be okay then the next the washer would be clothes just sitting in water. We had an issue with fridge not cooling down in a reasonable amount of time, but after 6 hours turned to 9 hours, that finally starting cooling at the 12th hour, it was frustrating considering all the groceries we just bought for the week. They did send someone over the next day to look at the fridge, but didn’t let us know. So some random repair guy was in our unit without our knowledge. Our two younger teenagers let us know. Last day this lady came at 9am banging on the door letting us know that was the courtesy reminder to leave at 10 for checkout. WILD

We had an amazing stay at Sterling Breeze. The location was great. Everything was as described. The only thing was that the master bathtub drain wouldn’t stay open to drain water but other than that, everything was great.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze 1802. The condo is conveniently located on the beach and near Pier Park and restaurants. 1802 has a beautiful view of the beach on one side and a lake on the other side. The condo kitchen and bathrooms had the basic things we needed, and the AC worked great. The condo needs some updating with the living area furniture and the paint throughout. The queen bedroom is very bright at night and could use some blackout curtains. I suggest having extra sheet sets available, too. We needed to wash a pair of sheets and when the dryer didn’t work well, we were out of luck with sheets on one bed. The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable and very squeaky/loud. One tub was missing the drain stopper which made a bath impossible. Other than those few things, we had a great stay. The king and queen bed were comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows on each bed. We particularly liked the provided shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub area were great and was in the shade all morning in July. Future guests please note: the elevators sometimes have a long wait and the food downstairs is very expensive.

The condo was clean with comfortable furniture and beds with plenty of chairs out on balcony. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay again.
