Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze 1802. The condo is conveniently located on the beach and near Pier Park and restaurants. 1802 has a beautiful view of the beach on one side and a lake on the other side. The condo kitchen and bathrooms had the basic things we needed, and the AC worked great. The condo needs some updating with the living area furniture and the paint throughout. The queen bedroom is very bright at night and could use some blackout curtains. I suggest having extra sheet sets available, too. We needed to wash a pair of sheets and when the dryer didn’t work well, we were out of luck with sheets on one bed. The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable and very squeaky/loud. One tub was missing the drain stopper which made a bath impossible. Other than those few things, we had a great stay. The king and queen bed were comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows on each bed. We particularly liked the provided shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub area were great and was in the shade all morning in July. Future guests please note: the elevators sometimes have a long wait and the food downstairs is very expensive.

The condo was clean with comfortable furniture and beds with plenty of chairs out on balcony. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely stay again.

The home was perfect, and we had no issues with the apartment. The check-in and check-out was so easy. There were a lot of positives. The building, however, was having issues with the hot tub and the heated pool. It was so chilly that we couldn't swim in the ocean, which we knew was a possibility, so I intentionally chose a location that had a hot tube and a heated pool. It was really disappointing that we weren't really able to use either until our last night there. There was no urgency to have the hot tub repaired, so we missed out.
