Sterling Breeze is a beachfront resort property that sits right on the sand of Panama City Beach, mere minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. You'll be half a mile from the Russell-Fields Pier and Pier Park, which is home to more than 100 stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. The property is also one mile northwest of Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles northwest of Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

The air bnb is as listed. There was a hiccup when checking in with the code but the host was very quick in responding. It’s in a great location near everything that was on my itinerary. The view is beautiful & amazing! Love that it’s directly on the beach. The only downside would be not having enough amenities in the kitchen. Did have to buy a pot in order to cook what we needed. Overall I give this place a good stay & would pick this place to stay at again.

Condo was great! Great spot in PCB, pier was just a few mins away. Beach was beautiful and staff on site was amazing. Kids really enjoyed themselves and the beds were super comfortable!
Will definitely book with them again for our next vacation!

Beautiful, comfortable condo with a stunning view! Parking across the street was easy. Check-in was fairly simple. We prepaid for our parking pass online ahead of time, and just needed to check in at the desk after parking to get wristbands. We did have the wrong code to the door of the condo. It took about 5-10 minutes to contact someone, but after that it was a smooth and easy stay. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, and bathroom essentials. The kitchen had the basic cookware and utensils. At the time we stayed, there were beach chairs to use as well. Which was great, since the chair service at the beach was charging $50/day per chair to rent. We went during the peak of spring break. It didn’t feel overly crowded and we hardly ever waited for the elevator. The only negative I can think of is while sitting on the patio, the noise from the people in the pool and smell of neighbors’ smoking can get overwhelming. But the view certainly makes up for that!
