The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass-tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffee maker. The Gulf-front family room offers not only a queen sofa bed but also a 65-inch 4KUHD TV with a Blu-Ray player for your viewing pleasure. The dining room table seats eight, with three additional stools at the peninsula. For your extra comfort, the Gulf-front main bedroom has a memory foam bed, a 50-inch 4KUHD TV, lamps with built-in plugs for your charging needs, and a bathroom with double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The floor plan provides a spacious bedroom layout such that the bedrooms are not next to each other or across the hallway, providing extra privacy and noise reduction. The bunk room (which can also sleep adults) has sturdy custom built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, a TV, a charging station, shiplap molding to the ceiling, and an adjacent full bathroom in the long private hallway. The private studio efficiency suite offers a memory foam bed, a 46” plasma TV, a private bathroom, a separate balcony with Gulf views, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Great condo! Lots of room & close to the beach!

This place was perfect- it was so clean and nice and had literally everything. We brought 6 teenagers with us and had space for all of us. The condo literally had everything we could need and was an amazing location and Sterling Breeze was one of the best properties I have stayed at.

We loved the closeness to the beach, pool very clean and refreshing. We enjoyed the bar area and gave us a place to get a quick bite if needed. Very close to pier, shopping and dinning.
