Listing did not disclose that this was an adjoining unit and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing i have ever attempted to sleep on. It felt like it deflated and i was laying on the box spring. The remote for the fan was missing (and apparently has been for at least 7 months based on other reviews) so the room gets stuffy from no air movement.

Even though the company was fast to respond to my questions and concerns, I felt like they were not completely answering my questions and just repeating the same thing over and over again. They messaged me saying the place would be accessible 1 hour before check in but that was not the case. The housekeeper squeezed a queen sized sheet in the king size bed which kept coming off because it was too little. There was no remote to the ceiling fan and it was so stuffy and hot that we checked out and went back home the evening before we were supposed to check out because my husband couldn’t breathe. They called and said they were waiving a cleaning fee but that has not happened. I did it even see a cleaning fee on my receipt. I will never book any rental with this property management company ever again. The place was a great location and would be wonderful if they had someone else to manage it!!

decent place. not a fan of the management. tried communicating that i had no way of turning the lights on in the place (missing remote). and got no response to help. sat the whole weekend with no lights. will not stay here again.
