July 2026

Accommodations for condo 707 are as described with a beautiful balcony & pool view. Kitchen is equipped with the bare basics. We had plumbing issues in our condo and facility management maintenance team was not in any kind of hurry at all with the 2nd bathroom being inoperable for 2 full days during our stay, so that put 8 people using the 1 master bathroom for everything. A little disappointed that no sort of partial reimbursement/credit for those 2 days, extended check out time or anything was offered for the major inconvenience. Communication was not the best with maintenance coming, no heads up of an ETA, he just appeared and luckily we were there. We will be back to PCB but I am not sure we will choose this resort again for our future stays.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Property was nice. There was a few things that needs fixed. The grill doesn’t work and one of the balcony door handles was broken. Water pressure was kind of weak. The sink faucet really didn’t get hot enough to was dishes. Other than that it was very nice. Thanks for letting us stay.

The location of the place is unbeatable . But the place is really out dated the couches/chairs are dirty .. there was a splash of something on the walls .. the check in was good but we had to get a parking pass from the front desk and the lady was so rude .
