You'll find Sterling Breeze on the Gulf shores of Panama City Beach, a half-mile walk from more than 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment at Pier Park. The property is also half a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are eight miles northwest in Camp Helen State Park. Guests must pay a $50 registration fee for parking and the use of amenities.

Sterling Breeze is a very nice resort. Direct beach access with a short walk. Conveniently located to a lot of restaurants.

The condo was very clean except for a few cosmetic issues in places. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Great level to see the ocean, sunset and far enough above the pool where you don't really hear the noise. Pool was clean. Beach was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again

Love Sterling Breeze! This was our second year coming back and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Great location, clean rooms, loved our stay!

Overall the location and home was perfect. It did not have much I really needed to worry about my kids tearing anything up. It was very relaxing on the balcony the property wasn’t overly crowded on either the beach or the pool area. When we got there before we even went down to the beach their was sand on the floors of the condo which I guess is to be expected it’s probably next to impossible to get all the sand up. Regardless we’re extremely happy with this property and plan on staying here again next year. Beach was beautiful as always but lots of seaweed due to the storms but at least it did not stink like it does on the public beach access close to pier park. This is something no one can control but mother nature and God. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home
