Pinnacle Port is a private, gated, Gulf-front resort bordering Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), the emerald Gulf, and the sugar sand of Carillon Beach. The grounds are fantastic, offering an indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, a boat ramp, boat slips, and playgrounds for the kids. You'll be less than three miles from the start of Highway 30A in Inlet Beach and eight miles up the coast from Pier Park.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your third-floor balcony, basking in the warm sea breeze as you take in the view. After a day of swimming in the Gulf or fishing in Lake Powell, this is a lovely spot to return to at sunset with a tropical cocktail in hand.

The facility and grounds of the property as whole are great. Love the location and the walk to beach isn’t too long. Quiet neighborhood. Our condo in particular was a little outdated and we preferred the view from B building we stayed in last year. Love the pool!!

If you want a relaxing, private beach experience, this is the place for you. Location was easily accessible and very quiet. View was wonderful! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our girls trip. Avari mgmt, Nicole, was so personable and did her best to accommodate us during our stay. Responses were usually very prompt! We enjoyed our stay!

Let's start with the pros.

The condo was clean. The area was really nice. The beach was private and peaceful. The check-in process was smooth and easy to understand. The view is even better than the pictures, and the condo had everything that you needed. No bugs noticed at all.

Some of the furniture could be updated, and the walls are somewhat chipped and scuffed. I don't personally care about those types of things. I am mainly concerned about how clean and safe the area is. The stairs are a bit difficult for the older people in our party to get up. Just wanted to put that out there.

All in all, it is worth the price. Can't beat the view, the area is beautiful, and it is clean and quiet.

Nikki at the front desk was very helpful she was able to get my additional night done for me.. when we got to our condo everything was there for us as far as cook wear plates cups utensils, extra towels everything that we needed was there if I could give it 100 stars I would
