First off, the location was great being next to the beach as well as the nearby bay! It was peaceful and quiet even with a significant number of guests there. All amenities were as described, and they gave thorough instructions on anything we needed to do for check-in and check-out.

The condo and location were wonderful. We did have a clogged sink in the master bedroom that took a couple days to get fixed. The codes for the gym and other amenities should have been included up front like the code to get into the room. I will say that they did get the sink fixed and provided the codes after some follow up. All in all, I would go back as we loved the beach and neighborhood. It is great for teens.
