At the condo itself, youā€™ll find a bright, open space and two levels to spread out on. Pop into the full kitchen and prep snacks for the beach or whip up mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table or breakfast bar.

After a day in the sun, cool off in the central air-conditioning while your beach clothes get a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV, scroll social media with the free WiFi, or unplug entirely and head back out to the balcony to watch the waves lap the shore. They switched us to a different unit so not even sure if this review will land in the right spot. We messaged with a concern regarding hot water in kitchen and bathroom as well as bugs. They sent someone out for the water but gave no acknowledgment about the bugs. Dishes in the cabinet were disgusting and I opened a door and bugs ran all over. Bathroom sink had multiple bugs. But the positive? LOCATION!! Ramsgate Harbor has perfect beaches and basically no crowd. I would go back to ramsgate harbor but 100% stay in a different unit.

Do not stay here. The place was very run down and absolutely filthy. The pictures were very obviously doctored to look better. There isn’t even the same furniture or same number of beds as the pictures. There was a broken light, a torn screen, and chipped paint everywhere. Every single surface was stained, especially the furniture and carpets. One of the beds was soiled. Management promised to send a cleaner the same night we checked in but didn’t. So we tried to make it work and decided to cook dinner only to have a hoard of roaches come out from behind the stove and fridge. We immediately contacted the host and told them we were leaving. I haven’t heard anything from them since. Absolutely awful experience and the emergency hotel stay and other unexpected expenses from this disaster have been burdensome. Do yourself a favor and never rent from Avari.

Always a great choice to stay at Ramsgate. It's hard to beat the view, there's nothing between you and the beach! The unit itself was fairly clean but does feel a bit worn. Nothing terrible but a few things that could easily be fixed. I didn't use them, but I was told the beds in the guest bedroom were exceptionally uncomfortable. That said, the unit was priced fairly when we booked it and I would book the place again.

Location and view was amazing. Very minimal cooking utensils so bring your own. Also no early check in is available so we waited until exactly 4pm. However the cleaning crew was still cleaning the unit so we had to wait longer, then we had towel dry the floors in order to get in and unpack. Overall a good stay, the parking, location and views are top tier.
