This quaint condo was just the right size for four people. The decorations were so beautiful. There cleanliness was above par and made the stay much more like home! We will stay here again in the future.

Had a fun week. The beach is beautiful, beachside pool is great, room is nice, wish it had washer/dryer in the room, nice little coffee shop nearby.

The resort is beautiful. The HOA associated with it, wow. Everywhere you look, there's pretty. The unit came with amenities which lasted me 5 days, however. I did pay for those with the A&E fees. I was not happy about the A&E fees at the resort or places to eat. The pools needed a little attention, a good vacuum. But all in all. We had an amazing time. The personnel staff were helpful. The walk out was beautiful. The location of the unit is close to the parking lot, general store, and gues services. The beach chairs are located at the Shoreline. Labeled CBI 101. Look for the blue and brown fold up chairs. I enjoyed the community. Lake Powell Pizza is good, The Beach Cafe got busy at night. I must have been there at a good time. It wasnt overwhelmingly busy but I betcha this place gets busy. The beach pool seemed to be the kid pool, which worked well for us. However. I only note this not to complain. Its a family friendly resort. I note it so maybe you can get there sooner than we did, and maybe have your kiddo make some friends. We tried to visit each pool, and that one felt the most kid friendly. I would have liked to have seen a clock on the exterior walls by the pools. I would have also liked to have a steakhouse within walking distance. We loved this unit and hated to leave.
